Thanks to a wonderful customer Susan L. Prosperie, we now have a beautiful photograph of this exotic-looking flower. Susan says, "To me they are always a special little surprise because they bloom for such a short time and they're so fancy". A member of the iris family, this native has dark blue-lavender blooms with three petals and a "white eye" in the center. Nectar is good for pollinators. Easy to grow from seed.
