Once you see the blanket of color throughout the early Spring and Fall, you will understand why our Native Texas Mix is a consistent bestseller. This was our very first mix, which we harvested the first time all at once, on a remnant prairie. It has sustained us, and the many creatures that rely on these species, for decades.

The Native Texas Mix is full of iconic wildflowers that every native Texan has a fond memory of. Its mix of short and tall plants creates a beautiful, free-flowing prairie sea of yellows and deep reds, Indian Blanket and Plains Coreopsis, dancing together with the soft purples of Bluebonnets and Lemon Mint. Once established, this mix shares its blooms throughout the growing season. Bluebonnets start the show, followed by Plains Coreopsis and Lemon Mint. Hardy Indian Blanket and Mexican Hat show off their colors through the summer, and a flourish of Prairie Coneflower and Black-Eyed Susan finish the season.

Together, you and the seeds will have created a beautiful habitat for butterflies and songbirds while restoring a piece of prairie heritage on your place.

Our Native Texas Mix provides the diversity and sustenance that our lands and creatures crave. Whether planted over hundreds of acres, or on a school or backyard pocket prairie, the plants will be grateful for the chance to fulfill the honorable duties they have perfected over millennia.
